Shipping Guide

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, findbuilh. does not ship orders to post office boxes. findbuilh is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

For each address within China, the following charges apply:
Ground shipping: Please allow 4-5 business days.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.

Next-day delivery: Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

To inquire about shipments within the China APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service. Representatives are available 8:00AM-10:00PM EST Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM EST Saturday & Sunday.
